You can pay for your Social WiFi licenses by Card or International Bank Transfer. All of the relevant details will be on your invoice and in the email that you receive.
If you would like to set up an automated monthly payment, you can select Autopay within our payment gateway or we will need to take the card details from you over the phone. Contact your account manager or our support team if you wish to do this.
All Social WiFi invoices have payment links for Cards and setting up Autopay. You will be redirected to our third-party payment processor to make the payment. If successful, the payment will be immediately reconciled against your account and you’ll be able to see this in our accounting system.
In the event of card payment failure, Social WiFi do not have any accurate information as to why the payment has failed or been declined. We will be able to provide some high level guidance, but unfortunately, the card processor and bank don’t give precise details.
