My venue shows as Inactive

On your list of venues, you will see an icon that says if the venue is Active or Inactive. What does this mean and how can you change it?

Active: Somebody has successfully logged into the WiFi in the last 72 hours.

Inactive: No successful logins have taken place in the last 72 hours.

Simply, its about the WiFi activity and not linked to an invoicing or billing matter. If your venue shows as Inactive, it will switch to Active as soon as somebody successfully logs into the WiFi at that venue.
