What types of Automations are available?

The Dashboard’s Email Marketing tools allow you to create Automations - email messages sent automatically to Guests who fulfill certain conditions.

The Automations currently available in the Dashboard are:

Login Email - An email sent on every visit. However, the same email will not be sent more than once in a 30 day period. This is an anti-spam mechanism.

First Visit Email - An email sent only to the first-time WiFi users.

Loyalty Email - An email sent after a certain amount of visits. Only one visit will be counted in a 24 hour period in the case where a customer connects multiple times per day.

Not-seen-in Email - An email sent to a Guest who has not returned for a specified number of days. Logging in again resets the counter.

Goodbye Email - An email sent after a user disconnects from the WiFi. However, the same email will not be sent more than once in a 30 day period. This is an anti-spam mechanism.

Post-rating Email - An email sent after a customer responds to the Review Request Email.

Birthday Email - An email sent to a Guest a specified number of days before their birthday.

After creating an automation and enabling it, every Guest who fulfills the criteria you set up will receive the relevant email.
