Why does the “Check your inbox” message not always appear?
The “Check your inbox” prompt will only appear to users who have not confirmed their email address yet.
If the email address is already confirmed, the user will not be shown the prompt as their email address is already verified and there is no need to go through the process again.
This function in system-wide, meaning that even if the user logged into the venue of one of our other clients and confirmed their email address there, the system will automatically recognise that in your venue.
