Will users still get internet access if they don’t accept marketing opt in?

In short, Yes. All users will receive internet access after completing the login process regardless of where or not they opt in for marketing.

Why?

Data Protection laws don’t allow you to refuse a service if the user doesn’t opt in for marketing.

Acceptance or refusal of data processing / marketing consent is decided on the Agreements Page, an example of which can be found below:

Users that reject this will get online and will appear as statistics in the dashboard, however their data will not be saved or stored in the User Data sections.

This ensures that the user data available in the Dashboard only consists of users who agreed to data processing and marketing messages can be sent to them.
