What’s the difference between Email Automations and Bulk Campaigns?

Email Automations and Bulk Campaigns may look very similar, they have different purposes.

Email Automations only need to be set up once and the campaigns will be automatically sent to users that hit the delivery rule set during the creation process. Every time a user triggers the rule, the Email Automation will be sent to them.

Bulk Campaigns will only be sent once at a scheduled time and date, after creation. These are best aimed at large groups of customers rather than singular users. When setting up the Bulk Campaign, choose a date and time for delivery and the email will be scheduled for sending.
