Where to find Google review redirection link?

In February 2024, Google made an update that means existing Google links no longer open the review pop up on desktop. Similar changes on mobile are expected later in the year. As a result, clients need to find their Google Business Profile review link and add it to the Social WiFi dashboard to maintain the expected user experience.

1. Makes sure that your location has a Business Profile and that it is verified
2. Make sure you are logged in to the Google account that manages that Business Profile
3. Go to your Google Business Profile: https://business.google.com/
4. Select Ask for reviews
   
5. A screen will pop up that contains your Google Business Profile review link. It should look like this: https://g.page/r/XXXXXXXXX/review (where XXX is your unique identifier)
6. Copy the link to clipboard
   
7. Paste the link to the Social WiFi dashboard in Review Settings
