Account Management

Now that you are a white label reseller, you will need to access your WiFi Marketing dashboard through specific URLs. You will also need your customers to log in to their dashboard on specific URLs too. Here we will explain which you need to use.

For the purpose of this article, the domain of the white label reseller will be yourdomain.com

Dashboard Access

This is accesses via the panel. subdomain. So a reseller and a client should access panel.yourdomain.com in order to login and access their dashboard account.

Account Registration

You can get new customers to register on your website by adding the accounts. subdomain. You can add a link on your website for accounts.yourdomain.com and users will be invited to login to the dashboard or to register for an account.

If a user visits panel.yourdomain.com and they are not logged in, they will be redirected to accounts.yourdomain.com to login. Once logged in, they will redirect back to panel.yourdomain.com

These are the two subdomains that you will need to use and give access to your clients on.

Adding new venues, users & projects

You should always do this when logged in to your white labelled account. If you do this on a socialwifi.com domain, the venue and client will not see your white label branding. if you mistakenly add something via a socialwifi.com domain, contact support so they can fix the issue.
