My data isn’t appearing in the User Data tab

This will be caused by one, or both of the following things,

  1. You did not opt-in to marketing communications during the login process
  2. If you logged in with an email address, you did not click the verification link on the email that we sent you

Regarding point 2, we will only send emails to verified accounts. You could log in using potus@whitehouse.gov but while it is possibly a genuine email address, it probably doesn’t belong to you.

Also, please keep in mind that user data is separated into Verified and Unverified user data. Every email address will automatically land in the Unverified User Data tab and will stay there until the verification link received via email is clicked by the user.
