Setup SMS Automation

If you're collecting phone numbers during the WiFi login process, you can automatically send SMS Marketing to these numbers in the same way you can send email automations.

We have numerous delivery triggers based on the users WiFi activity that you can choose from.

How to setup

First, go to SMS Marketing > SMS Automations and then click Add Automation.

Add your automation

Give your campaign a name. This is an internal name to help you recognise it in our dashboard. Select a delivery trigger from the drop down list and finally, enter your delivery timing.

Set your delivery rules

Add your text content in the main language and then add other languages if you need. When done, click Save message.

Create your content

When you're happy with your content, toggle the sending enabled button.

Enable your campaign

You're all set. Messages will be delivered automatically based on your sending rules.
