Duplicate a Venue design within a Project

As your business grows you will want to add new Venues with Social WiFi and copy all of your branding and marketing campaigns to the new Venue's that you add. In this guide we will walk you through the places you'll want to check for duplicating content and how.

You cannot copy content between Venues in different Projects. Venues must be grouped within the same Project.

1. Add your new Venue in he usual way and find your business using the Google Search Tool. You can skip through steps 2, 3 and 4 on the setup wizard though. Just click next on each page to save time.

   
2. When the new Venue is created, leave the Venue profile and find the Venue that you wish to copy content styles from. When in the venue that you wish to cop, you will need to click through various tabs and copy to the new Venue the design elements that you need.

The follow steps are recommended and you should copy only what you wish to be copied to your new Venue.

3. Go to the Settings tab and find Venue Content Styles. Click the Copy button.

   
4. You will then see a list of venues and radio buttons. Adjust to the desired changes and click Execute at the bottom of the page. Wait for the process to finish before leaving the page.

5. On the Splash Pages drop down of the dashboard, click through each of the four pages and copy. You will see the copy icon on the far right of the icons and clicking this will ask you where you would like to copy the page. Execute this in the same way as step 4.

6. Next, click on Review System and then Settings. You will see a Copy to other Venues button on the top right. Proceed in the same way as previous steps.

7. Next go to Email Marketing and Email Automations. Copy any automation campaigns in the same way as described in step 4.

8. Next go to SMS Marketing and SMS Automations. Copy any automation campaigns in the same way as described in step 4.

9. Next go to Integrations. You will see a Copy to other Venues button on the top right. Proceed in the same way as previous steps.

With these steps completed, the content will be added to your new venue. You can go back to the new Venue and check the work and make further adjustments specific to that location as you desire.
