Can I ask more questions on the Review System?

The short answer to this is ‘no’. The idea behind Reviews by Social WiFi is,

  • To get positive reviews on 3rd party review sites as quickly as possible, and
  • To manage negative reviews privately within the Social WiFi system.
  • In the case of positive reviews, the most value that you will get from these is by getting them posted on websites such as TripAdvisor and Yelp! Having lots of gushing praise about housekeeping and the quality of your staff in a questionnaire form is very nice, but ultimately of little value if the rest of the world can’t see it.

    Consumers generally take the shortest route to do things and are often lazy when if comes to doing certain things. With this in mind, we minimise the process of getting positive feedback online by taking them to your review pages within 2 clicks of opening the email.

    It is proven, that if you ask a user to complete questions once, and then ask me to leave that review again on TripAdvisor, then a user is highly unlikely to go through the process again.

    You can send follow up emails after somebody leaves a positive review or a negative review. Within these emails, you could include a link to a survey.
